Junior Ocean export

We are looking for a junior trainee for the Ocean Export department. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements: Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, to be verified during the interview Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite Ideally previous experience in a freighforwarding company The candidate will be trained for managing shipping procedures independently—from booking to invoicing—while reserving space with various maritime carriers and organizing shipments according to client or KWE network specifications. Target Activities: Liaising with clients to obtain all necessary documentation for shipments Coordinating with shipping lines and NVOCCs for cargo bookings Communicating loading plans and cargo handling instructions to warehouse staff according to specific regulations Preparing shipping documents such as B/L, HBL, pickup and delivery notices Managing documentation related to customs formalities and transmitting necessary information to customs clearance departments Monitoring shipments, providing updates on vessel departures, and reporting any anomalies to clients and foreign offices Verifying billing details and applying correct tariffs Handling invoicing, including entering estimated and actual costs for each shipment Reviewing and processing supplier invoices and updating records accordingly Printing invoices and attaching relevant documentation
