Schedule Night shift: 19:00 - 07:00, with a requirement for 4 weekend days (Saturday and Sunday). Job Description The Oncology Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients in the oncology unit. The successful candidate will have a medical/surgical background and be comfortable managing patients with complex needs. Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities Administer chemotherapy and related treatments as prescribed. Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs. Perform patient education and support for cancer treatment. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Implement patient safety measures and hourly safety rounds. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Virginia. Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred.
