Production Scheduler

Job Description Are you a detail-oriented production planner seeking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a Production Scheduler to join our team and help maintain an efficient, responsive production schedule that meets customer demand and keeps inventory under control. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate on demand and planning between sales and operations • Create production, transfer, and internal purchase orders • Monitor inventory levels and update schedules accordingly • Coordinate customer shipment dates with project managers and leadership • Work with production, quality, and manufacturing engineering to improve planning processes • Prepare Master Production Schedules for projects and adjust schedules to meet changing demand • Maintain accurate SAP data, including material master, BOMs, routings, and production orders • Participate in weekly production meetings and support the production team as needed • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards Requirements: • 2–3 years of production planning experience in manufacturing • Experience with SAP and Smartsheet • BS degree
