Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive tank and vessel cleaning and maintenance solutions, offering specialised services tailored to the needs of a diverse customer base. Their expertise extends across multiple sectors, including defence, refineries, distilleries, marine, oil and gas, wastewater treatment facilities, and the food and beverage industry. Job Overview: As Sales Executive , your primary responsibility is generating leads and closing sales to meet your target. You will develop strong relationships with customers – identifying their needs and presenting our products and services to meet them. This role would suit an individual who has knowledge of industrial cleaning and waste management services. Key Responsibilities: § Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and referrals. § Present, promote, and sell our products and services and act as a professional and positive ambassador for the organisation. § Maintain and develop positive business relationships to ensure future sales and repeat business. § Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes with the Business Development Manager § Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations. § Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. § In partnership with the Business Development Team, negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability. § Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management. § Stay up to date with product knowledge and service expertise, market trends, and competitor activities. § Promote company as an employer Key Qualifications & Skills: § Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales § Well developed interpersonal skills demonstrating strong emotional and social intelligence § An engaging presentation style when presenting to new or potential customers with ability to negotiate and influence § Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and numerical) to engage and share with colleagues and customers § Relationship Management experience to build good working relationships with our customers § Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office § Proven commitment to and ability to deliver consistently high levels of work and customer service § A can-do approach, results driven and competent in working independently § Have a pro-active approach to plan and balance the busy times and quieter times – there will always be something to do § Someone who is highly organised and can successfully plan and deliver work and deadlines for self, team and wider colleagues § Ability to collaborate with colleagues § Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel as and when needed to meet our customers.
