Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $123,400 annually Annual bonus and long-term incentive opportunities available Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Open to all hub locations, providing flexibility in work arrangements Supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on employee well-being Chance to make a significant impact on the future of healthcare through financial analytics What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Perform in-depth financial analysis and engage with internal and external parties to ensure contractual compliance Support customer audits, claims reviews, and issue investigations related to contract compliance Initiate process improvements to enhance financial analytics and customer service Collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Program Management, and Technology, to achieve excellent service Communicate financial data insights clearly to senior leadership, translating complex numbers into actionable recommendations What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, finance, or FP&A Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, and/or Power BI Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) MBA, MAcc, or MS Finance degree Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA Experience working in a medium to large-sized company Proven track record of process improvement initiatives Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
