Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. Process transactions accurately. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications: Required: A passed Matric Certificate or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Keen interest in our product range (specific to the industry).
