HR BUSINESS PARTNER (SOSTITUZIONE MAERNTIA'/MATERNITY LEAVE) Join to apply for the HR BUSINESS PARTNER (SOSTITUZIONE MAERNTIA'/MATERNITY LEAVE) role at CELINE . Responsibilities Be the referent of HR area at the Production Site of Radda in Chianti (Siena). Daily support to line managers on organizational, people and change related topics. Recruiting and training of resources in a manufacturing context. Attendance Management (around 250 employees), monitoring of HR KPI as well as absenteeism and support on payroll area. Manage internal unions relationship and disciplinary issue. Organization analysis and resources assessment to propose career and remuneration actions. Works closely with managers and employees to consolidate LVMH Group & Celine Mindset throughout population, improving communication, engagement, sense of belonging and retention. Strictly collaboration with HR team to create synergies and exchanges between the plants to improve internal mobilities, job rotation, shared projects, etc. Profile Education: Bachelors/Master degree Experience: 4–5 years in the HR Department, in manufacturing context/plant Good interpersonal and relationship skills Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure, respect deadlines and set priorities Strong sense of initiative and autonomy Team‑working, proactivity and flexibility Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Temporary Job function Human Resources Industries Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CELINE by 2x.
