D&T Manager SAP O2C - Tax Location: Barcelona, Spain Within the Supply Chain Cluster, you will act as a Product Manager, leading SAP O2C‑Tax requirements and contributing to the Order Management Chapter. Your Key Responsibilities Be a key contributor to the Order Management Chapter, acting as a Product Manager. Lead and manage SAP OTC‑Tax related requirements as a business analyst. Design and deliver solutions as part of the digital transformation program and roadmap, including product delivery and potentially projects. Deliver a performant platform to power the transformation journey. Run, execute, and deliver solutions in project mode (design, configuration, setup, test, solution validation) including cutover, go‑live, and hyper‑care. Interact directly and clearly with key business stakeholders: gathering requirements, solution design, and daily communications. Commit to delivery dates and high‑quality performance. Drive, as Product Manager, the delivery of an improvement plan impacting the OTC‑Tax functional domain. Work with platform/product teams to lead the delivery of integration projects. Stay current with the SAP technology roadmap and propose strategic improvements to the SAP environment. Qualifications 12 years of experience in SAP SD‑Tax with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Excellent functional knowledge on E2E O2C flows: Order flow from quotation, ATP check, supply chain impacts (warehouse handling, transport…), Credit/Debit memo, Third‑Party Orders, Intercompany Sales and Stock transfer process. With understanding of Plant Abroad, Consignment Flows and Bonded Warehouse. Excellent functional knowledge on Credit Management, Pricing (base price, surcharges, discounts, etc.), Sales Outputs and e‑invoicing. Proven experience with SAP O2C Tax processes, flows of Goods/services and Invoices (Input/Output taxes). Knowledge on Customer and Vendor – VAT registration and implication on VAT determination, Group VAT and impacts on downstream processes (OTC, PTP, Intracommunity Sales‑Purchase), Incoterms and VAT regime. Familiarity with complex system landscapes, including SAP cross‑module interaction (as SD>FICO, Planning, WM and MM). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Strong leadership and project management capabilities. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, lead and keep cross‑team initiatives moving.
