Role Description This is a 30 hour a week, on-site role based in Alcalá de Henares for the position of Customer Relations. The role involves managing and improving customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns with prompt and professional support. The Customer Relations Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for clients, striving to exceed their expectations and reinforce their trust in our services. You will need to assist customers with customs documentation, explain services and request payments. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction strategies Strong skills in Communication, Customer Support, and Customer Service Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively and maintain long-term relationships Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus Prior experience in logistics or transportation is highly desirable
