We are currently looking for an experienced After Sales Service Director Europe EU (m/f/x), preferably located within Germany, UK, Poland or Spain Join our dynamic European team! Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage after-sales service team Develop and foster a solid after-sales service strategy Formulate and implement the after-sales service strategy according to the company's strategic objectives and market demand, ensuring coordination with the company's overall European and global strategy Responsible for building and maintaining the localization service team and service resources, and establishing complete service capabilities in close cooperation with the HQ Manage the after-sales service process, develop and optimise after-sales service processes, ensuring efficient and smooth service experience Act on the headquarters strategic planning content, decompose regional implementation goals and tasks, and promote implementation Provide customers with timely and professional service Improve the overall quality of the company's after-sales service Establish a solid customer relationship and understand the customers needs Regularly communicate with the headquarters about the progress of projects and regional work Requirements: More than 10 years of work experience and at least 5 years of team management experience At least 3 years of experience in energy storage/lithium battery industry Based on the headquarters strategic planning content, decompose regional implementation goals and tasks, and promote implementation Frequent business travels within Europe and to other locations like the HQ in China Able to support the service communication of various countries in the region (Southern Europe, Central Europe, and Eastern Europe) Fluency in English; other European languages or Chinese are considered a big plus Solid intercultural communication skills Valid EU residence and work permit Very good communication and outstanding negotiation skills Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Customer Service Industries: Renewable Energy Equipment Manufacturing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at HiTHIUM Energy Storage by 2x Get notified about new Director of Services jobs in European Union.
