You will help our customers live fulfilling lives, promoting independence and supporting their individual aspirations. Your working hours This is a part-time role of 30 hours per week. Shifts fall between 07:30 21:00 in 6-hour patterns, including one office day. The rota covers Monday to Sunday, working alternate weekends. About the role You will supervise and support a team of Support Workers, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care, personal support, and assistance with daily living tasks.
