About the opportunity This consultancy provides mechanical and electrical building services design, net zero carbon, and responsible building advice for a wide range of developments including commercial, offices, industrial, residential and private medical projects. They have earned themselves a great reputation for their services and high-quality output. This is an employee-owned business with a multi-disciplined team of 38 engineers/consultants. They’re in an amazing, city centre location office which has recently been refurbished, so a great place to be! Also offering an element of flexible working! They are looking for a Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer to hit the ground running. Benefits: Salary circa £55,000-£65,000 DOE. Freshly refurbed office with breakout space. Hybrid working. Early finish on Fridays. Employee-owned business. 25 days holiday and office shutdown between Christmas and New Years (so this is not taken out of your holiday). Cycle to work scheme. What are they looking for: Around 5 years' Building Services experience. Chartered or working towards. Revit, AutoCAD and ideally IES experience.
