Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Salford for an Internal Sales Executive. The role involves managing incoming customer inquiries, preparing quotations, generating leads, and actively supporting the sales process. Responsibilities include providing excellent communication and customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth through effective sales strategies. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and generating Quotations Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Lead Generation and sales growth initiatives Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Familiarity with the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry is advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
