Our clients clinic is seeking an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations and staff management at our location Shepherd's Bush. Your role will involve overseeing patient services, supervising clinic staff, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Benefits: Company pension Private dental insurance Private medical insurance Referral programme Sick pay Employee discount Company events On-site parking Requirements: Minimum three years' healthcare management or supervisory experience Strong leadership and organisational skills Proficiency in administrative and management tasks Knowledge of ophthalmic or surgical procedures is an advantage Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and bank holidays Responsibilities: Support daily clinic operations and maintain efficient workflow Oversee scheduling for surgeries and patient appointments Address patient enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally Carry out diagnostic scans when required Supervise and support staff performance and development Monitor inventory, finances, and billing processes Maintain accurate patient records Assist with quality improvement initiatives Coordinate local marketing and community outreach activities The clinic operates Monday to Sunday between 8am-7pm and you will be contracted for four hours a week over five days within these times.
