Your new company Growing SME Business Your new role Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives. Oversee all financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders. Compliance & Governance Manage tax planning and compliance. Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness. Lead and develop the finance team. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
