G4S Cash Solutions (SA) - Cash Centre Admin G4S Cash Solutions (SA) is a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions with operations in Port Elizabeth. We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Cash Centre Admin to join our team. Main Purpose of Position: As a Cash Centre Admin, you will play a crucial role in providing full administrative support for all cash centre activities. Key Responsibilities: Effective Reporting Compile various reports received from the Cash Management Centre (CMC) Scan and send customer deposit slips, e-viper reports, and banking consignment forms Complete and submit variance reports for ATM's and teller/treasury variances Complete monthly statistics on a daily basis Customer Service (Internal and External) Attend to all customer queries in a timely, professional, and effective manner within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) Provide solutions to customers when deviations from agreed processes/contracts are identified Communicate service failures and cash differences to customers Identify and communicate preventative repetitive service failures to customers and the CMC Manager Attend to relevant internal requests for information Responsible for compiling required investigation documentation for handover to Risk department for further use Segregation of Duties Perform independent function for the receiving of all customer orders Outsourced Cash Processing Centre (OCPC) Support Assist with Finteq scanning Prepare all necessary paperwork for the following day's loadings Obtain authorisation from the FNB HUB and hand over to relevant teams Send all deposit slips to the FNB Hub Health and Safety Participate in the design/development/review/implementation and monitoring of the departmental safety plans for each year Participate in safety forums created by the company, such as safety meetings and safety talks Report all safety incidents to relevant personnel Discuss all safety incidents and follow-up on assigned activities Attend safety education and refresher programmes Comply with safety policies and procedures in the workplace Distribute safety information as and when required Wear protective clothing at all times Competencies: Knowledge - Knowledge of administrative procedures - Knowledge of Cash Management Centre processes and systems (preferred) Skills - MS Office computer skills - Professional communication skills (written and verbal) - Numerical skills Attributes - Delivering exceptional customer service - Collaboration and cooperation with colleagues - Adaptability to changing circumstances - Attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Analytical thinking Qualifications & Experience: - Grade 12 (Mathematics/Accounting subjects recommended) - Previous working experience within an administrative capacity essential - Computer literacy in MS Office packages required - Demonstrated experience in compiling reports - Previous Cash Management Centre experience would be highly beneficial
