Position: Mortgage Sales Advisor (Inbound Sales) MUST HAVE RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE CLOSING EXPERIENCE Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week, U.S. Time Zones – EST or PST) Location: Remote (Latin America preferred) Compensation & Performance Structure: Pay: Depending on experience aggressive commission structure Uncapped commission on funded loans Monthly bonuses at 5, 7, and 10 closed files Top performers can scale earnings quickly — no ceiling Income tied to performance, not tenure What This Role Is All About: You're not here for a paycheck — you're here to win . You’ll be taking warm leads and live transfers from an internal call center and owning the process from discovery to application to documents.
