What is this role about? As a Community Manager for Sweden, you will be responsible for translating and publishing content across various channels. In addition, you will adapt texts for the brand and monitor the activity of the accounts across multiple platforms. What will you be doing? Translate, adapt, and schedule content for the social channels using Meta tools (Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, Business Manager, Creator Studio, etc.). Monitor social channel activity (messages, complaints, inquiries, etc.). Study the brand and its target audiences to periodically optimize content communication. Ensure all content meets brand alignment, quality expectations, and deadlines. Work closely with the team to ensure the entire company is aligned when representing the brand. Review and edit content produced by other departments and resolve any issues if necessary. Stay up-to-date with current trends to explore opportunities for new content. What should your profile be like? A creative professional with a strong interest in the food and retail industry, looking to deepen knowledge of digital marketing and produce creative, memorable, and original content. What do you need to apply? Experience writing content for digital channels or marketing agencies. Ability to work independently. Highly creative and original. Entrepreneurial personality. Excellent organizational skills. Advanced written and grammatical skills. Detail-oriented. Knowledge of design tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.). English proficiency is essential. Knowledge of Trello is a plus. Education and Experience Studies in Communication, Digital Marketing, or related fields. 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in design is a plus.
