Overview HR Lead (Spain & LATAM) - IT Consultancy firm We are looking for an experienced HR Lead for Spain & LATAM to lead strategic and operational HR initiatives across the region. You will lead a team of 5 people, and work closely with senior leadership, contributing to the success of one of our most dynamic regions. Responsibilities Leading and effectively managing a Human Resources team of five professionals Represent UST in Spain and LATAM on all HR-related matters, internally and externally Partner with business leaders to drive fair and strategic decision-making across the region Lead and implement HR projects focused on engagement, benefits, and company culture Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies Manage complex employee relations and performance issues Oversee HR documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting Collaborate with global HR teams to align talent strategies and processes Support training and development initiatives for managers and employees Qualifications Proven experience in HR leadership roles in IT consultancy firms Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Fluency in Spanish and English (at least C1) Madrid (Hybrid model with flexibility) Full-time, flexible schedule with summer compacted hours What we offer 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days Numerous benefits (Health Care Plan, teleworking compensation, Life and Accident Insurances) Free access to several training platforms Professional stability and career plans UST compensates referrals and provides benefits when you refer professionals Option to pick between 12 or 14 payments across the year Real Work Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime) UST Club Platform discounts and gym access discounts If you would like to know more, apply and we’ll get in touch to fill you in detail.
