The Role: As a Director of Business Development (International Markets) based in Europe, this role focuses on driving growth by promoting our technical expert witness services to law firms in the construction and engineering sectors. Ideal candidate will be based in Germany, Spain, Italy or France Responsibilities: Identify and pursue potential clients through channels such as meetings, events, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Attend client meetings, events, and networking opportunities to expand our presence in Europe's legal market. Deliver engaging pitches and service presentations, addressing client questions effectively. Support existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. Track and report sales activities, revenue, and potential business opportunities. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 10 years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, or marketing in the legal sector Experience selling expert services into the legal sector Experience in the construction, engineering, energy, international arbitration, or disputes sector.
