Job Title: Sr Manager of Total Rewards EMEAC Locations: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid). Or: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid) Job Description The EMEAC Total Rewards Sr Manager is a not only a strategic role but equally hands-on role and looking for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs across our EMEAC Region. This position is challenging and dynamic, playing a critical role in ensuring the organization's ability to attract, retain, and motivate our talent by offering competitive and compelling total rewards packages. Key Responsibilities Drive the Total Rewards Strategy in EMEAC : Design and execute a competitive total rewards strategy aligned with global principles and business goals, ensuring regular market analysis to maintain attractiveness of compensation and benefits. Lead Compensation and Incentive Programs : Oversee regional compensation structures-including base salary, bonuses, and performance incentives-ensuring alignment with business performance and operational excellence through data-driven decisions. Implement and Govern Job Architecture : Co-lead the deployment of the global job architecture framework across EMEAC, embedding it into all HR processes and owning role grading and governance across the region. Manage Benefits and Global Mobility Programs : Oversee regional benefits offerings (insurance, retirement plans, perks), support global mobility processes, and collaborate with global teams to adapt and improve programs based on evolving employee needs. Ensure Compliance and Vendor Management : Guarantee compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all reward-related programs, while managing external vendors and supporting HR in implementing effective, compliant solutions. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor / Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent In-depth knowledge of Compensation and Benefits theories and practices covering a multi-country/regional scope, with specific and relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits functions beyond generalist HR roles. Global or international markets experience strongly preferred, being skilled and experienced in operating across cultures and in a multi-cultural environment. Full proficiency in English - combined with another European language preferred. MS Office Advanced (Excel, Power Point) and previous experience with Workday preferred. Ability to perform research & analysis independently and effectively present recommendations to management with sophisticated presentations to get stakeholder approvals. Must be results driven, hands-on team player who can function effectively and independently in a fast-paced dynamic and international environment. Ability to gain trust and respect to support decision making processes by providing business knowledge and functional competence. Ability to work with details but effectively communicate conceptual level when needed.
