Position Mate / AEC for 30m Sailing Yacht Start: 20 December 2025 Location: St Martin Total Crew: 4 Job ID:1632277 TCN is seeking a professional Mate with AEC to join a beautifully maintained 30m SY as it enters a new ownership structure and an exciting operational schedule. This is a full-time role for a hands‑on Mate looking to be part of a long‑term project with lovely, engaged US owners. The ideal candidate will bring strong deck and watchkeeping skills, a positive “can‑do” attitude, and be a confident team player within a small crew. The yacht will maintain EU flag (Malta) and BV Class. Itinerary Winter 2025.26: Caribbean season based around St Barth’s (charter owner use) Spring 2026: Palma shipyard period for major rig/20‑year survey works Summer 2026: Med cruising season Future: Adventure‑ready program including world cruising Requirements Chief Mate CoC, GMDSS GOC, AEC, Yacht Rating Medical First Aid & Medical Care AFF, PSCRB Standard STCW Personal Watercraft Instructor (advantage) B1/B2 visa, SCH visa (if applicable) Package €4,500 per month 44 days leave Full‑time / Permanent J-18808-Ljbffr
