Key Responsibilities: Acting as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on objectives. Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep campaigns on track and within scope. Overseeing campaign execution, ensuring creative, media, and strategy teams are aligned with client expectations. Identifying growth opportunities within client accounts and proactively presenting recommendations. Conducting regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide strategic guidance. Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for optimizations. Supporting senior account leadership in developing client presentations, reports, and proposals. Staying informed on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative marketing solutions. Overseeing client invoicing to ensure alignment with project budgets and contract terms. Managing client expectations and troubleshooting challenges to ensure smooth campaign execution. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Client Satisfaction & Retention Project Execution: projects completed on time and within budget Account Growth Campaign Performance – Improve marketing metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROI through strategic adjustments.
