Job Title: Operations Executive Location: London / South East (Minimum 2 days per week in-office) Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 Share Options 24 Days Holiday 10 Working Abroad Days Setup: Hybrid (3-days in-office / 2-days work-from-home) Vertical Advantage is partnered with a fast-growing FMCG brand undergoing significant UK expansion. As part of their growth, they are looking for an Operations Executive to support a broad range of activities across supply chain, quality, and general operations. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple operational areas — from managing orders and supporting product processes to contributing to quality, planning, and promotional activities while collaborating closely with suppliers, commercial teams, and retail partners. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operational and supply chain activities. Help manage product and quality-related tasks, including coordinating information and resolving issues with suppliers. Assist with keeping product data and documentation up to date. Coordinate samples and support wider brand or customer initiatives. Contribute to planning and execution of promotions and customer requirements. Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth processes across the business. Experience Experience in operations, supply chain, planning or a related function. Strong organisational skills and the ability to support different workstreams. Confidence using standard software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Office). Experience working with suppliers, retailers, or logistics partners. About You Strong communicator with good attention to detail. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Keen to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in operations or supply chain. Able to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.
