They’re now looking for a Team Leader – Asset Finance Operations to lead a high-performing operations team and deliver exceptional customer service to both direct clients and broker partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of asset finance who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What You’ll Do You’ll play a key role in supporting business growth by leading, developing, and motivating the operations team to achieve high standards of service and compliance. Key responsibilities include: Managing the day-to-day operations of the Asset Finance team. Driving process improvements and ensuring service excellence. Monitoring team performance against KPIs and SLAs. Handling customer and broker queries and resolving complaints effectively. Providing coaching, mentoring, and development to team members. Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Credit, Sales, and Compliance. Producing and analysing management information to identify trends and areas for improvement. Promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in asset finance operations or a similar financial services environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Knowledge of regulatory and operational risk frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
