With good typing and numeric key entry skills. Demonstrates advanced knowledge and skills in the use of computers and web-based databases and information using MS Word, Excel and Access and mobile application development. With knowledge in pertinent rules, regulations and laws on government property management. Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure. Great attention to details. Flexible, responsive and willing to learn or be trained. Willing to work long hours, even on weekends and holidays especially during disaster response operations. JOB DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, performs technical, and support functions of Logistics Management Division (LMD) and does other related works. Functions and Responsibilities Act as a Releasing In-charge of Warehouse and Transport Management Section Facilitates of the approved transportation requirement and delivery schedule plan Facilitates the release and issuance of relief items for delivery and ensures its proper documentation and recording. Verifies items dispatched by delivery (outgoing) receipt and reconciling quantities based on the delivery plan. Assists in the preparation of Delivery Receipt / Issuance Receipt for the releases of Procured and Donated Items. Assists in the updating and reconciliation of Stock Cards and Inventory Reports. Assists in the conduct of actual inspection of the items prior to release. Validates data/information accuracy and consistency. Handle the data tracking of releases for both procured and donated and properly maintain the records / files of the Section. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
