About the role We are looking for an experienced client success manager who is client focused to help us grow our brand. This role will be a key part in shaping our future business by maintaining and expanding our client base. In this role you will be quality driven, Our promise is Care Anytime Anywhere and therefore, it is imperative that our clients can access the care they need when they need it, simply and easily. Understanding client journeys is fundamental. You will always be seeking continuous improvement and innovation and looking for new channels of service delivery. It is envisaged that role will be focused on creating an engaged culture, developing team members to provide the best support for individuals servicing our customers In this role you will: · Shape client success strategies that contribute to ease of service access and drive our reputation and business growth. · Delivering on our promises to our client experiences by consistently meeting KPIs and Service Level targets. · Uncover clients' primary challenges and goals and develop meaningful relationships with client organisations · Translate the customers' needs to internal teams, by providing customer feedback correctly and effectively to the right stakeholders for ongoing improvements · Work collaboratively with others across all areas of the business, ensuring a high level of customer service To be successful in this role you will have/be: · Previous sales management and demonstrated experience managing customer relationships, understanding their needs with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professionalism and clarity · A proactive, flexible approach to delivering exceptional client service · Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment · Ability to think innovatively, deliver constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively to enhance processes · Proficient with CRM systems at basic user level and strong Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working at Converge means joining a diverse, talented, and caring community where our people feel included, valued, and connected.
