The position involves supporting the restaurant operations to achieve store targets around: CUSTOMER (including customer service, mystery shopper, product quality, complaints and cleanliness) PEOPLE (including food safety standards, training and staff safety) SALES (including local store initiatives and executing promotional activities) PROFITS (including cash and stock control, store maintenance and monitor spending). To be successful in this position you need: Extroverted and results driven personality and must enjoy working with people. Excellent customer service and fantastic interpersonal and communication skills is a must. Result oriented and want to take up a challenge while having fun. Love & passionate about food, service and hospitality industry.
