The Role We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Cellar Hand to join the back-of-house team at the iconic Clock Hotel in Surry Hills. You’ll take charge of daily cellar logistics, from venue open-up and stock deliveries to changing kegs, cleaning beer lines, placing orders, and keeping our cellar running like clockwork. This Monday-to-Friday role is perfect for an experienced Cellar Hand or Supervisor ready to take the next step in a dynamic, high-volume venue and grow within one of Australia’s leading hospitality groups.
