As a Security Officer at Southland, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be the first point of contact in many situations - whether assisting a customer with directions, responding calmly to an incident, or supporting centre operations during busy periods. What you'll be doing: Delivering high-quality front-line customer service Responding to incidents, including medical and emergency situations Monitoring safety risks and reporting incidents Assisting with crowd management and de-escalation Supporting retail centre operations and emergency response procedures What you'll need: Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Control function Current First Aid and CPR Certificates Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster High standard of personal presentation and customer-focused attitude Why join Trident?
