About the role We are seeking an experienced Cook Grade 3 to join our team at Michaels Charcuterie' in the vibrant suburb of Double Bay, NSW. This is a part-time opportunity for someone with a passion for preparing high-quality, innovative dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. What you'll be doing Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of menu items Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and food safety Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service Provide input on new menu ideas and recipe development Ensure the kitchen is kept clean, organised and well-stocked Adhere to all health and safety regulations What we're looking for Relevant cooking qualifications and at least 2 years' experience as a Cook Grade 3 or similar role Certificate III Commercial Cookery is required for this position Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Good communication and teamwork skills Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes Australian work rights are required for this position Availability to work day shifts is required What we offer At Michaels DB, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
