This is a hands-on role requiring precision, problem-solving, and a passion for marine craftsmanship. Power Master Services Pty Ltd operate out of Patterson Lakes Marina, all lifting & docking services are on site, along with large workshops. Operating alongside an established boat servicing business, we can offer our customers a one stop service and maintenance experience. Creating great long term stable work for our staff. Key Responsibilities Fibreglass Repair's Gelcoat Repair's 2 Pack Spray Painting Detailing (Cleaning) Boat Maintenance Antifouling, Spraying & Sanding Prop Speed Application Timber Varnishing About You Proven experience Proficient in using hand and power tools Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team Good communication skills. Efficient time management skills. Current Victorian driver’s license (preferred but not essential). Current Victorian Boat License (preferred but not essential). Right to work in Australia.
