Florist and Flower Visual Merchandiser

Florist & Visual Merchandiser Are you a creative soul with an eye for detail and a love for all things floral? We’re looking for a talented individual to join our team, blending the art of floristry with the creativity of visual merchandising. About the Role This hybrid role involves designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements while styling our retail supermarket spaces to reflect our brand aesthetic. You’ll help bring our shop displays, events, and photoshoots to life through colour, texture, and design. Key Responsibilities: Create stunning floral arrangements, bouquets, and installations for retail supermarkets Design and refresh in-store visual displays to align with seasonal themes and promotions Assist with window displays, prop styling, and overall store presentation Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all visual touchpoints Collaborate with the team on photoshoots, marketing visuals, and online product styling Prepare, process, and care for fresh and preserved flowers What We’re Looking For: Experience in floristry or visual merchandising (or both!) Strong eye for colour, balance, and design Creative thinker who loves styling and presentation Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Flexible, proactive, and comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
