Marketing Assistant

Create and design social media content (posts, video) and marketing collateral such as flyers, digital and printed ads and brochures. Manage and schedule content across social media platforms Maintain and update the Soleil Health website and blog Create content for regular blog on website Create and send email marketing (Mailchimp) campaigns Assist in planning and executing educational events and community activations Create monthly reports to track lead generation track ROI. Monitor engagement and performance analytics to support ongoing campaign improvement. Order and maintain branded merchandise Liaise with GPs, specialists and healthcare partners to source content and support referral campaigns Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including seasonal activations and health awareness initiatives such as SMS HotDoc Campaigns. Ensure all content complies with AHPRA advertising guidelines Assist with brand management and signages as well as partnerships Assist with managing agencies and digital ads with agency
