Parts Interpreter Full Time Truckline WANO Rocklea QLD

Truckline WANO is CVG’s most recent evolution in the Japanese Truck and Bus Parts business and is committed to supplying the Australian market with top quality aftermarket and OE parts and accessories for heavy duty vehicles. Truckline WANO is currently seeking applications for a full-time Parts Interpreter at our Rocklea Branch. This position is primarily about providing sales support and smoothly handling sales orders following our business procedures to meet customers' specific needs. As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, whether over the phone or at the counter, delivering excellent customer service is crucial. Success in this position depends on being fast, accurate, and having a deep understanding of our products. Internal sales team members work closely with the warehouse team, playing a key role in making sure customers' orders are accurate. Responsibilities Include: Leading by example in all OH&S matters. Providing leadership to your branch, encompassing safety, people, sales, administration, operations and customer service. Engaging and motivating your team towards a common goal. Delivering on operational and financial targets - sales, market growth, and profit as per the budget, whilst ensuring service delivery. Ensuring the efficient allocation of resources within your branch and across your team to achieve and exceed budget requirements and ensure long term success of the branch. Focusing on customer relationships to proactively seek, maintain, and grow new and existing business opportunities. About you: You understand the benefits of Safety and like to work in a safe work environment. Ideally you will be enthusiastic and eager to learn with an interest in mechanical parts. You must have a desire to work with and support our customers, this is a must! You will possess exceptional communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, where you will be able to multitask and prioritise. You will have good administrative skills, and intermediate ability on a computer. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not a necessity.
