About the role Seeking a dynamic, service-oriented individual to join our team at Doncho's Cafe as a Food & Beverage Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our café. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering a memorable dining experience for our customers. What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming customers, providing friendly and attentive service Preparing and serving coffee to a high standard Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner Restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, food preparation surfaces, and service equipment Assisting with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met Processing customer payments accurately Reporting any maintenance or customer service issues to the supervisor Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed What we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a café, restaurant, or similar setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including weekends, and public holidays A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service Appropriate food handling and/or barista qualifications, or a willingness to obtain them What we offer At Doncho's Cafe we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
