Since 1966, Cure-All Pest Control has been a family-owned business providing top-tier pest control services. We are looking for a highly organised and creative Administrative Specialist who is ready to think outside the box and help us continue to grow and improve. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our friendly and supportive office in Macgregor. We are flexible and if you are the right candidate part time is an option. Role Overview: In this role, you’ll take charge of coordinating and scheduling service appointments, ensuring our clients’ homes remain pest-free. You’ll need to juggle multiple tasks at once, solve last-minute problems, and drive continuous improvement in our processes and procedures. This position will also require you to work autonomously while managing a range of administrative duties that keep our business running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients and addressing inquiries promptly. Coordinate and schedule technician appointments based on client preferences and technician availability. Optimise technician routes for maximum efficiency and timeliness. Manage large commercial contracts and handle customer follow-ups. Process invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. Implement new processes to streamline operations and improve workflow. Organise marketing efforts, such as sending out targeted promotional letters. Assist in various administrative functions to support the entire team. Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and adapt to last-minute changes. High attention to detail and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. Desirable Experience: Previous experience in customer service or administration roles. Familiarity with the pest control industry (but not essential). Geographical knowledge of Brisbane and its traffic patterns. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access). Why Join Us?
