Fabricator / Welder

14th October, 2025 Pearl are currently seeking experienced fabricators / welders for our client based in Redcliffe who specialises in a wide range of prefabricated products and innovative industrial equipment in WA. This role offers an immediate start and will be ongoing until January 2026. For the right candidates, there is a strong possibility of a permanent position. You will be required to work in a team fabricating high-quality products such as access platforms, steel jacking stands and other bespoke custom projects. This will be exclusively working with aluminium and light to medium structural steel. Fabricator / Welder Temp to Perm $50 - $55 hr super (based on experience) penalties Redcliffe location Monday to Friday, 6:00AM - 4:00PM opportunity for Saturday OT Immediate Start What will the role see you responsible for? Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings Aluminium TIG and MIG welding Using various tools and machinery to fabricate components and assemble equipment Collaborate with other team members Maintain a clean and safe working environment What do you require to be successful for this position? Cert III in Engineering (Fabrication trade) or equivalent TIG and MIG Welding experience Forklift license (desirable) Proficiency in reading and understanding fabrication drawings. Must be able to pass a medical & drug and alcohol Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
