We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager (Head of Business) to take the lead in driving operational performance, business growth and customer satisfaction across all service areas. About the Role As the Head of Business, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a skilled team, and driving business development across our core service lines — garage doors, fencing and gates . You’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, optimising systems and processes, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and direction across all business operations Oversee project delivery, service quality and customer satisfaction Lead, mentor and develop operational and administrative teams Manage financial performance, budgets and reporting Drive growth through business development and strategic partnerships Streamline systems and workflows to enhance efficiency Ensure compliance with WHS and industry standards About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a mix of commercial acumen, operational expertise and strong leadership skills. You’re someone who can balance the big picture with the day-to-day, building both systems and people to support sustainable growth.
