Customer Service - Team Leader

Everbloom Flowers is one of Western Australia's leading flower wholesalers located in West Leederville. Specializing in supplying the state with a large selection of fresh flowers. We also stock preserved flowers and sundries. We are excited to be seeking a versatile customer service Team Leader (Country) with previous work or training in the flower industry. Experience in the flower industry is not essential. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, who will ensure the highest quality of service to our very loyal clients. Duties will include: Provide excellent customer service to all regional customers, ensuring they will return for more! Receiving & processing orders via: Online, Email and/or phone Receiving & processing country & online orders including late orders, communicate all relevant information with the customer & ensure communication is always kept & maintained professional Managing and actioning as required emails for Country area Liaising with customers in relation to orders, stock, deliveries and any other customer query Picking & packing out orders as required, including creating invoice & processing payment where needed Liaising with logistics companies for booking of deliveries etc A team player who will help achieve goals set. Has a great telephone manner and be adaptable with IT programs. Flexible with great availability – our starting time is 5am and you may be called on to start at this time. Is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. Is proactive with a 'can do' attitude. Manual labour is a must, able to lift up to 15kgs. (This is in the form of lifting buckets and boxes of flowers) Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
