Based in Gulmerrogin (Darwin), this role offers the best of both worlds: a centrally located city office and the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week. What We’re Looking For Strong customer service experience—you know how to build trust and support people through challenging times A genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding customer service Resilience, empathy, and the ability to support injured workers through their recovery and return to work process Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment You might come from a legal, medical, or nursing background, looking for a chance to “hang up the tools” while still making a meaningful impact What You’ll Be Doing As a key team member, you’ll be responsible for supporting injured workers throughout their recovery and safe return to work. You’ll manage a portfolio of complex Workers Compensation claims and work closely with a variety of stakeholders—including employers, brokers, medical professionals, legal providers, and the injured workers themselves.
