About the role This role is all about connection and care. You’ll be the first point of contact for families and potential residents, providing exceptional customer service to guide them through the admissions process for residential aged care services. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition for new residents, promote our services within the community, and help maintain our strong occupancy and reputation for excellence. About you You’re a natural communicator who thrives on building relationships and helping people navigate important life decisions. You’re organised, detail-oriented, and motivated to provide the best possible experience for every client and family you support. You will also: A Certificate III in Business Administration or similar (Certificate IV desirable) Previous experience in administration, customer service or aged care admissions Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and online platforms National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months) About the benefits You'll become part of an inclusive, diverse, and welcoming Western Australian organisation passionately committed to making a meaningful impact in the local community.
