Position Details: Title: IT Service Delivery Analyst Position Type: 1 year contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need Job Location : Belle, WV Shift: 1st Shift Benefits : 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance Compensation: $22/HR Summary: This role provides essential onsite IT support, collaborating with global IT teams to assist local users, deliver projects, and support operational objectives. Responsibilities: • Provide end-to-end user support and escalate issues as needed • Troubleshoot local devices (PCs, phones, printers, servers, network equipment) • Support lab and manufacturing critical applications and systems • Manage incidents, requests, and inquiries through ticketing systems • Follow IT support procedures, knowledge base, and workflow standards • Develop and deliver user training and support documentation • Oversee service delivery for IT/OT server, network, and IIoT solutions • Engage business leaders to capture requirements and resolve issues • Administer and support Microsoft Server, Linux, and virtual systems (VMware/Hyper-V) • Ensure 24/7 uptime for critical applications and respond to off-hours emergencies • Perform root-cause analysis and drive continuous improvement efforts • Support onboarding of new applications into the environment Required Qualifications: • Two-year IT degree or two years of experience supporting 200 networked devices • Strong customer service and written/verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Desktop and peripheral support experience • Availability for 24/7 emergency and call-in support • Ability to lift 30 lbs • Experience with LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi environments • Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and workstation support • VMware and Hyper-V experience • Ability to explain technical concepts in business terms Preferred Qualifications: • O365 enterprise experience (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform) • Leadership and project management experience • CompTIA A, Network, or similar certifications • Manufacturing application experience (IP21, CIM-IO, LIMS, etc.) • Experience supporting chemical manufacturing environments www.onboardusa.com Apply Today!
