Job Description

Come join Rapid Pace Delivery as a delivery driver. We are a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) for Amazon. As a Delivery Associate (DA) you will drive branded cargo vans. We provide you with uniforms, training, and the latest technology to help you deliver packages and smiles throughout the Piedmont Triad. We operate 7 days per week, 360 days per year. We work 10 hours per day, beginning at 10:20 AM. We are looking for full time ( 4 days per week ) DA’s who want to learn fast, drive safe, and be part of an enthusiastic and energetic team. ALL drivers must work either SATURDAY or SUNDAY each week. Schedules and number of days worked are subject to changed based on availability and job performance. We start drivers at $19.50 per hour. Health benefits, 401(k) and paid time off will also be offered. This is not a "gig economy" job. You will be rewarded for safety, performance, and with bonuses for exceptional results. Qualifications Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old Must have valid driver’s license Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. Drivers will get in and out of van to deliver packages 150-200 times per day Walking to customers' doors (up and down stairs, traversing long driveways, at businesses, etc.) We expect weekend work (Saturday or Sunday) from every DA Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
