Working Title Practice Coordinator Location: Orthopaedic Institute, 1500 Client St, Suite 170 Schedule: 0830-1700, no weekends Duration: ASAP (as soon as compliance is completed) for 25 weeks We are only considering candidates that have worked at UCSF prior in a Front Desk, Back Office, Practice Coordinator, or Admin position. Job duties (front desk, back office, PC, admin or call center, etc.): front desk Soft skills/characteristics needed in a temp for this clinic: good communication, customer service Estimated number of patients in clinic per day or calls per day if call center: 70 patients Specific number of year s experience? none required Will they remain at one campus during the entire assignment? yes Possibility of temp to perm: yes Are you open to non-APeX trained candidates? yes
