Sales & Operations Planner Analyst – Bishops Stortford, Herts | £35,000–£40,000 DOE Are you a data-driven planner with experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods ? We’re hiring a Sales & Operations Planner Analyst to join a fast-paced, product-led business where forecasting drives everything—from purchasing decisions to product launches. If you’ve worked in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain coordination and want to influence commercial outcomes, this is your next move. What you’ll be doing: Analyse demand forecasts and adjust for seasonality, promotions, and historical trends Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance to deliver a best-in-class S&OP process Raise purchase orders and manage supplier relationships across both manufactured and sourced product lines Support Sales with short-term supply challenges and stock allocation Document assumptions and continuously improve forecasting accuracy What we’re looking for: 2–5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Inventory Planning Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods preferred Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Reflex, or similar ERP/planning tools Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred; CIPS or APICS certification a plus Why you’ll love it here: Make a tangible impact in a global manufacturing environment Influence key decisions through your forecasts and insights Develop your skills and progress your career in Sales & Operations Planning
