Customer Engagement & Sales Assistant Responsibilities Engage with potential customers in person at events, exhibitions, and retail promotions across the Swindon area. Proactively approach and qualify leads through open conversation and product demonstrations. Present product benefits, pricing, and limited-time offers in a clear and persuasive manner. Close sales confidently while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience. Maintain accurate records of daily sales activity and performance metrics. Contribute ideas to improve sales techniques and campaign outcomes. Collaborate with the wider sales team to exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.
