MP&L Manager

MP&L Manager – Engineering South Warwickshire Up to £60,000 We’re working with a leading engineering business in South Warwickshire who are looking for a MP&L with strong warehouse experience to join their team. This is a role for someone with a can-do attitude who isn’t afraid to take the role by the horns and make it their own. You’ll be a key part of the leadership team, ensuring that supply chain, logistics and warehouse operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standard. What you’ll be doing: Overseeing end-to-end supply chain, logistics and warehouse operations Driving process improvements and efficiencies across stock, storage, and distribution Managing supplier performance and building strong relationships with key partners Leading and developing a warehouse team, ensuring safe and effective operations Working closely with engineering, procurement and operations to support business growth What we’re looking for: Proven background in supply chain and logistics management within an engineering or manufacturing setting Strong warehouse management experience, ideally with high-volume or complex operations Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach The ability to identify challenges and deliver practical, effective solutions A results-driven, can-do attitude The offer: Salary up to £60,000 (depending on experience) Chance to make a real impact in a growing engineering firm South Warwickshire location, with long-term career prospects If you’re looking for a role where you can step up, lead from the front and make your mark, this could be the opportunity for you.
