Job Description
Job Title Learning Services Facilitator (Colleague Trainer) Job Description To develop and deliver highly effective training that will skill colleagues to a high standard, so they can successfully implement, consult and support our products, providing an extraordinary customer experience to their customers. The role ensures we deliver in-depth knowledge, skills and behaviours through face to face training, coaching and e-learning. Ability to travel outside of office hours and overnight stays will occasionally be required for this role. Hybrid - 3 days in our Newcastle office (global headquarters) Key Responsibilities - Deliver an exceptional onboarding learning experience to all new CS Colleagues, that engages, inspires and retains delegates. - Deliver learning programmes to existing colleagues across the UKI sites that helps them be the best they can be. - Creation, development and ongoing maintenance of effective training programmes on our products, customer service, in-house training requirements, including e-learning and virtual classroom. - To ensure colleagues have the necessary environment to optimise their learning of Sage products to successfully support our customers. - Acquire and maintain outstanding levels of product knowledge. To become a subject matter expert in the product portfolio. - Full curriculum ownership for specific product areas with responsibility for course structure, content and delivery methods. - Evaluation of the effectiveness of training courses and make recommendations for improvements where identified. - Work with key stakeholders (R&D, Product Managers, TMs, TSL) during course development and to keep abreast with the very quick changes that can occur when developing courses. - Strong relationship management with CS.
