Senior People Partner & Transformational Lead - Contract - Nottingham minimum 3 days per week - Inside IR35 - 3-6 Months We are currently partnering with a major retail customer to drive their People Transformation Programme. Key Responsibilities: Acting as a trusted strategic partner to the CPO and People Leadership Team (PLT), providing commercial, pragmatic advice and confidently challenging executive thinking. Lead the transformation and operating model redesign within the People function, ensuring seamless program delivery and cross-functional alignment. Utilise a data driven approach to identify areas for intervention (e.g., engagement, upskilling) and build the functional engagement plan. Manage functional headcount budgets in collaboration with the Finance Business Partner. Experience Required: Proven ability to operate and challenge up to Executive Management level. Extensive experience as a Senior People Partner within a complex commercial and/or retail environment, operating within a Centres of Expertise model. Strong track record of leading complex change strategies and influencing senior teams to drive effective organisational outcomes. Highly resilient, tenacious, and experienced in leading, tracking, and delivering large-scale A natural ability to build relationships quickly, navigate complexity, and effectively coach and develop leaders.
